Before you message us
How do I place an order?
Pick a gift in our shop, add it to the cart and place your order — no advance payment. Our team calls you to confirm the details, sends you work updates and videos, and you pay before dispatch. For a custom idea that is not in the shop, use the enquiry form below or WhatsApp us.
Do you deliver outside Sivakasi?
Yes — we take orders from across Tamil Nadu and India. Share your pincode and we will confirm delivery.
Can you do bulk orders and events?
Yes — return gifts, aarti plates, function décor, car decoration, guest mehendi, murals and workshops. Tell us your date and quantity.

Can I send a voice note or a photo of my idea?
Absolutely. Send a screenshot, a sample picture or a voice note on WhatsApp and we will turn it into a design for you.

How do I track my order?
We send you work updates and videos while your gift is being made, and the courier tracking details once it is dispatched. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Yes, until you approve the final design. Once you approve and we start making your personalised piece, changes may not be possible.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Send us photos and an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. After checking, we will repair or replace it.
Do you accept urgent or last-minute orders?
Handmade work takes time, but message us your date — we will tell you honestly whether we can make it in time.
Can you come to our venue for décor, mehendi or workshops?
Yes — we travel for paal kaaichal and function décor, guest mehendi, murals and workshops. Share your location and date to check availability.
