Ordering & customisation
How do I order a custom gift?
Choose a gift in our shop, add it to the cart and place your order with your address — no advance payment. Our team calls you to confirm photos, names and design, sends you work updates and videos, and you pay before we courier it. For an idea that is not in the shop, WhatsApp +91 86105 64706.
How do I pay? Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No online or advance payment is needed when you place your order. After our confirmation call and the work updates, you pay before we courier your gift. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Can I see the design before you make my gift?
Yes. After you place your order, our team calls you to confirm the details and shares the design for your approval. You also get photos and videos of your gift while it is being made.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Yes, until you approve the final design. Once you approve and we start making your personalised piece, changes may not be possible.
Can I send a voice note or a photo of my idea?
Absolutely — send a screenshot, sample picture or voice note on WhatsApp and we will turn it into a design.
Can I talk to you in Tamil?
Yes — தமிழிலும் பேசலாம். We are happy to chat in Tamil or English.

What personalised gifts do you make?
Custom photo frames (LED, mosaic, collage, Spotify-code), string art, explosion boxes, gift bouquets, resin keepsakes, varmala preservation, bracelets, family dolls and many more unique handmade gifts.
What is an explosion box gift?
A handmade surprise box that opens layer by layer to reveal photos, messages, chocolates — even a ring. Popular for birthdays, anniversaries and proposals.
Can you preserve our wedding varmala or flowers?
Yes. We preserve varmala, bouquets and special flowers in resin, often with the couple’s photo and names.
Do you make wedding aarti plates and seer plate décor?
Yes — customised aarti plates and seer plates for weddings, engagements, baby showers and flower ceremonies, in your theme colours.
Do you take bulk orders and return gifts?
Yes — from customised chocolate wrappers (500 for one wedding) to baby-shower and housewarming return gifts. Share the quantity and date.

Do you do paal kaaichal (housewarming) decoration?
Yes — kitchen and home décor for paal kaaichal / housewarming, plus Golu, birthday and family-function décor.
Do you provide wedding car decoration and guest mehendi?
Yes — wedding and reception car decoration, and guest mehendi for weddings, puberty ceremonies and functions.
Do you paint murals for schools and homes?
Yes — themed classroom murals, play-school walls, tuition-centre art, selfie spots and home or door art.
Can you come to our venue?
Yes — we travel for décor, mehendi, murals and workshops. Share your location and date to check availability.
Delivery, returns & payments
Do you deliver outside Sivakasi?
Yes — we take orders from across Tamil Nadu and India and ship through trusted couriers.
How do I track my order?
We send you work updates and videos while your gift is being made, and the courier tracking details once it is dispatched. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Send photos and an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. After checking, we will repair or replace it.
Do you accept returns?
As every piece is handmade and personalised, returns are accepted only for items damaged on arrival. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Message us your date — we will tell you honestly whether we can make it in time.
Workshops & events
Do you conduct art and craft workshops?
Yes — resin art, silk-thread bangle making, kids’ craft camps and skill programmes for colleges, schools and women’s groups.
What age groups do you teach?
Kids’ camps for school children, programmes for college students, and workshops for women and adults.
Do participants take home what they make?
Yes — most workshops are hands-on and participants take home their own creation.
Can you judge competitions or be a chief guest?
Yes — Bhuvi has judged art, painting, rangoli and face-painting competitions and spoken as chief guest at colleges and clubs.
