What we collect
When you order or enquire, we may collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, delivery address, and the photos, names, dates and messages you share for personalisation.
How we use it
- To design, make and deliver your order, and to send you design previews and updates.
- To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
- To share offers or new designs — only if you choose to follow or subscribe.
Your photos
Photos you share are used only to make your order. We sometimes share pictures of finished pieces on our Instagram and website to showcase our work — just tell us if you prefer we don’t, and we won’t.
Payments
Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or bank details.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with courier partners and payment providers to complete your order.
Cookies & analytics
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand visits and improve your experience.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
