Where we deliver

We ship across Tamil Nadu and all over India through trusted courier partners.

Making time

Every piece is made to order. Making time depends on the product, the level of personalisation and the season. After you place your order, our team calls you to confirm your gift details and the ready date, so you know exactly when to expect it.

How payment works

No online or advance payment is taken when you place your order. After our confirmation call, we send you work updates and videos of your gift. You pay the order amount and delivery charge before we courier it. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Dispatch & tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details with you by phone or WhatsApp. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location.

Shipping charges

Charges depend on the size, weight and delivery pincode. At checkout it shows as “confirmed on our call” — we tell you the exact delivery charge during the confirmation call, and you pay it together with your order before dispatch.

Packaging

Everything is packed gift-ready, with extra protection for fragile items such as frames, resin pieces and explosion boxes.

Décor, mehendi, murals & workshops

On-site services — paal kaaichal and function décor, wedding car decoration, guest mehendi, wall painting and workshops — are scheduled directly with you. Date, location and any travel details are confirmed on WhatsApp when you book.

Please check your address

Kindly share a complete address, pincode and an active phone number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or no one being available, re-shipping charges may apply.

Festive & peak seasons

During festivals, wedding season or bad weather, couriers may take longer. We will keep you updated — and we always recommend ordering early.
