This website is run by Bhuvi Arts & Handmade Gifts, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & approvals
When you place an order on this website, it is received as a request — no payment is taken at checkout. Our team then calls you on the phone number you give to confirm your photos, names, design and delivery charge. Work begins only after you confirm. Please check names, spellings, dates and photos carefully before approving.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The delivery charge is confirmed on our call. You pay the full amount before we dispatch your order, after you have seen the work updates. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Prices for custom work, décor and services are confirmed with you before work begins. We may update prices on the website from time to time. If we cannot reach you on the phone number given, we may cancel the order.
Your photos & content
By sending photos, names, logos or text, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they are not unlawful or offensive. We may decline any request at our discretion.
Handmade nature
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, texture and finish are natural and not defects.

Designs, photos and content on this website belong to Bhuvi Arts & Handmade Gifts and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
